The challenge

A unified brand and go-to-market strategy

After Pager acquired Onlife Health, the organization needed to bring multiple products, teams, and legacy identities together under a cohesive market presence. At the same time, a formal marketing organization was being built to support an expanding product portfolio.

The challenge extended beyond a new visual identity. Marketing operations, processes, sales enablement, digital experiences, governance, and cross-functional workflows needed to be established while maintaining business continuity and supporting client growth.

Key contributions

Building the foundation, driving growth

From early product marketing through brand leadership, I helped establish the processes, assets, systems, and infrastructure that supported a unified company and its evolving go-to-market strategy.

  • Marketing foundation & operations

Helped establish the Product Marketing function and built the workflows, repositories, and processes that supported cross-functional collaboration and scalable marketing operations.

  • Events and client engagement

Executed virtual and in-person events to drive brand awareness and demand generation. Partnered with sales and client success teams to deliver client-facing materials and consistent brand messaging.

  • Product enablement

Partnered with Product to develop GTM materials and monthly enablement sessions for Sales and Client Success. Feature knowledge scores improved by an average of 1.3 points on a 5-point scale following enablement.

  • Content and communications

Managed client release communications and quarterly newsletters across Wellness, Care Navigation, and Enterprise 360. Also supported white papers, case studies, social content, and employee communications.

  • Sales enablement

Created pitch decks, proposal templates, battlecards, case studies, presentation systems, and talk tracks. Established a Sales Enablement knowledge hub to provide consistent messaging and reusable resources across teams.

  • Website management

Managed the legacy Onlife Health WordPress site and supported advanced development on the Pager Squarespace site. Later served as the primary corporate website administrator and vendor contact for a new Pager Health website.

  • AI and automation

Developed and deployed Claude AI skills for brand governance, writing, presentation generation, and document creation. Company-wide training increased employee confidence and utilization by 1.4 points on a 5-point scale.

  • Resource development

Coached and mentored a newly hired event manager, helping him establish templates, processes, and confidence in the role. Within approximately two months, he was working at capacity and beginning to exceed expectations.

  • Brand unification

Supported the transition to the unified Pager Health brand. Managed brand assets, templates, governance, distribution, and internal enablement across digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Vendor management

Managed stock imagery, presentation design, QR code generation, website vendors, budgets, and user access. Vendor research reduced annual stock-image costs by approximately 90% while maintaining access to quality imagery.
